As an apprentice trainer you will need to deliver standard apprenticeships in The Children & Young People's Workforce (Early Years, Social Care & Residential Care) Levels 2, 3, & 5. You will also be required to maintain a good rapport with your learners and management within well-known national companies and small-medium enterprises, whilst providing them high quality service. During the learning process trainers will also be required to motivate and support learners throughout their apprenticeship whilst providing feedback and guidance where necessary. Diligence in time management is key in this role as trainers will have to manage their workload and diaries to ensure that learners are seen with efficiency and with a frequency of every 4 to 6 weeks as well as completing weekly reports of their allocated learners and how they are progressing on the qualification.
